You are solely responsible for interactions with other users.

All content (text, photos, videos) submitted by users remains their intellectual property. However, by posting on our platform, you grant Forbroker is a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote the content.

Forbroker is not responsible for:

The accuracy of listings or user-generated content.

Loss or damage from transactions between users.

Technical interruptions or errors on the platform.

We do not guarantee the availability or quality of listed properties.

7. Payment Terms (if applicable)

While most services are free, some premium services may be chargeable. All paid services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
